  I can't speak highly enough of my WONDERFUL experience here at Toyota of Glendale. I came here with my mom to roll her out of her existing lease into a new lease and the experience was 5 star from start to finish. My sales person Angel was the kindest, most straightforward, helpful, patient and easy to work with sales person I've ever dealt with. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us that we would be given the best possible pricing and he delivered on that promise! My mom got a beautiful white 2017 Camry and couldn't be any happier with the process either. Usually car shopping is dreadful but Toyota of Glendale really left a positive impression on us. We also had the fortune of meeting and working with the Sales Manager, Tony. He was a terrific guy and went above and beyond to ensure that we left happy and with exactly what my mom wanted at the right price! Even the finance manager, Peter, was a delight to work with. I would recommend ANYONE of my family, friends, neighbors, coworkers or fellow yelpers to at least stop by, see Angel, meet Tony and let them prove to you how great they are! I am truly grateful and so is my mom. Thank you Toyota of Glendale!

  Because of the warranty, you are required to use their service department for an oil change and maintenance. Otherwise I would definitely go somewhere else. First off when you get there, you are required to make an appointment for another day, they won't even try to work it out. Now it's 2 days you have to take time off from work. Next, we showed up on our appointment time, and it took 45 minutes for them to check the car into the shop. Then proceeded to inform me that it would take 3 hours to finish an oil change. So we decided to take a shuttle they provide to the Glendale Galleria mall which is only 1 mile away. It took them an hour for the driver to get back and take us there. We were in the mall for about 2 hours and the said the car was done and where should the shuttle pick us up at. The same place they dropped us off at, of course. The driver got lost and picked us up an hour after they left the dealership. Again only 1 mile away. Customer service should anticipate your needs and take care of everything before it becomes noticeable. Their customer service is retroactive. Meaning the customer is not happy, and they try to fix it after it is already frustrating them. This is down to the register, which there is only one place to pay for something. The waiting area is almost as depressing as the DMV. Some people had been there for over 6 hours. If you can, avoid falling into the trap of having to use the service department. Even if it means not buying from them.

  I've always been happy with Toyota of Glendale. However, this latest visit was superb. Ara went over everything before and after. Super friendly. Made a great experience as close to perfect as you can get.
